My partner and I have been drinking chais made with this powder for over 5 years now. This is the only one we drink as we've never had better. Works out a lot cheaper than going to cafes. We've been buying from My Coffee Shop Online for a few years now. Correct product arrives each time, in good condition, without taking too long. On one occasion there was an issue with Australia Post where the delivery was lost. The store owner called personally to communicate about this and resolved the issue quickly. Highly recommend.
